Parking programs work best when expectations, responsibilities, and escalation paths are understandable.

Common questions
What does AZ Parking Compliance do today?
Current work is limited to site-review conversations, organizing information, documentation, coordination, and improvement planning where the scope is clear.
Is wheel-booting currently offered?
No. Private-property wheel-booting or vehicle immobilization is a planned, conditional capability in development, not a generally available service today.
What would a future immobilization program require?
Property authorization, applicable rules, insurance, staffing, compliant signage, fee and release procedures, complaint handling, and demonstrated operational readiness would all need to be addressed first.
What should a property manager send?
Send the property location, property type, parking issue, decision maker, desired timing, and any useful photos, maps, notices, signage details, or stakeholder concerns.
What might a first review produce?
A possible written output is a concise issue summary, known facts, open questions, stakeholder list, decision points, and practical next actions for further review. It is not a guaranteed result or legal opinion.
Who should be involved?
Property leadership, managers, residents or tenants where relevant, accessibility and safety stakeholders, insurers, legal or regulatory advisors, and any operational partners whose responsibilities would change.
Still have a question?
Use the email-led contact path and describe the property and issue without sending sensitive personal information.
